About Us

The mission of Pet Prevent a Litter (PALS) of Central Texas, a non-profit organization, is to help end pet overpopulation and pet homelessness.

The purpose of this non-profit organization shall be:

To promote responsible pet ownership through educational programs
To offer income-based services for pets of economically disadvantaged residents such as free or low-cost sterilization, vaccinations, microchips, and a pet food pantry
To control unowned cat populations and prevent homelessness litters by supporting trap-neuter-return-maintain (TNRM) efforts.
To promote life-saving programs that support the Hays County No-Kill initiative
